Users can create a customized page saving their favorite video streams in a variety of screen layouts and can create shortcuts to zoom into a variety of markers and regions on the map view. Global administrators have a suite of tools to configure the Portal’s appearance, enable features for users, and send any alerts or messages to partners.
Each administrator (admin) has a suite of tools to add and maintain users and cameras. User and camera credentials can be set to prevent unauthorized video viewing. Also, agencies providing video content into the Claris Portal can quickly grant access to partner agencies for all or a portion of the cameras in their network. Only those cameras a user has been granted permission to access will show in their Portal.
At all times, organizations can maintain power and control PTZ (pan-tilt-zoom) camera functionality. Administrators can organize cameras into categories to provide partners and users access to portions of their camera inventory.
